With so many questions arising on a daily basis, we have compiled a list of our most asked questions. As
with anything, things change, so keep checking! If you have a question that isn't listed, please feel free to contact us.
- Q. How long until my bait will be delivered?
- A. When you place your order we will give you an estimated day for delivery. If your delivery date needs to
be changed for any reason we will let you know. Orders with specific date constraints should be made clear to us when
you order.
- Q. Can I buy my bait online?
- A. At this present time, no. To maintain the high level of service we process all payments and orders via our sales
team.
- Q. How much is minimum order?
- A. To keep prices low we have to place a minimum order of 5KG of rolled boilies.
- Q. Can you roll other companies' base mixes, even if I supply the ingredients?
- A. Throughout the spring, summer and autumn we cannot facilitate this, due to the high demand we have for our own
baits, in addition to the extra space we would require to store, mix, roll and air dry other baits. However, throughout
the winter we are able to take on this work, so please contact us for details.
- Q. Am I able to collect my bait?
- A. Of course, you're more than welcome to come and collect your bait, however, this must be
pre-arranged with us.
- Q. Can I be a fieldtester for you?
- A. We have a long standing team of fieldtesters who do marvelous work for us at Active Bait Solutions. Currently we
have enough fieldtesters. If we do require fieldtesters in the future we will advertise on the website first. So keep
looking!
- Q. Will you sponsor me?
- A. We do not sponsor anglers as this would have to be recouped in the price we charge customers. To keep
our costs as low as possible it is company policy not to sponsor anglers.
- Q. What courier do you use? What are the associated costs with delivery?
- A. Our partnered courier is APC operating on a overnight courier service. For the latest prices, please see our
pricing structure for more information.
- Q. Can I send in a photo for your gallery?
- A. Yes, of course! We'd love to see your catches on our baits. Email
photo@activebaitsolutions.co.uk with your photo. Please ensure you obey any publicity rules your water has. Supply
as many details as you like for the caption. For photos to be posted in the gallery they must have been caught on an
Active Bait Solutions bait.
- Q. What are your opening hours?
- A. Our opening hours are currently Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am - 3pm.
